If you’ve thought about it at all, you realize that:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) is as much a philosophical issue as it is a technological issue. In other words, it’s about tools and people.
- You have ideas about AI that aren’t based upon what you know firsthand — you’re being influenced to think about AI in certain ways.
- You truly believe AI will change the world either for better or for worse.
- You have likely changed your answer to this question at least a few times.
I don’t want to give you a concrete strategy for implementing specific AI tools into your business workflows, because whatever I told you would be irrelevant in 2 weeks.
Instead, I am proposing a framework for you to follow that will result in a cohesive, positive, and profitable approach to thinking about AI for years to come.
This framework is applied directly to your leadership and company culture, not your products, processes, or services. Most importantly, this framework will help you answer the question, “What do I believe about Artificial Intelligence?”
